RETURN & EXCHANGE

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • The original tag/label must be attached.
    ⚠️ If the tag is removed, the item will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • The product must be sent to our address for inspection.


📦 Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact us first via WhatsApp or Email (details below).

  2. Prepare the parcel safely with your name, phone number & order details.

  3. Deliver it to our address (courier charges paid by the customer).

  4. Our team will inspect the item.

  5. Your refund/exchange will be processed after we receive and verify the parcel.


💰 Refund Method

  • Refund will be issued after parcel is received and approved by our team.

  • Refunds may take 3–5 working days after approval.

  • Shipping/courier charges are non-refundable.
