To qualify for a return or exchange:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

The original tag/label must be attached.
⚠️ If the tag is removed, the item will not be accepted for return or exchange. -
The product must be sent to our address for inspection.

Prepare the parcel safely with your name, phone number & order details.

Deliver it to our address (courier charges paid by the customer).

Our team will inspect the item.

Your refund/exchange will be processed after we receive and verify the parcel.

Refund will be issued after parcel is received and approved by our team.

Refunds may take 3–5 working days after approval.

Shipping/courier charges are non-refundable.
